Terms & Conditions
1: THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HIRED
TABLEWARE, CATERING EQUIPMENT AND ALL PACKAGING SUPPLIED FROM
THE TIME OF COLLECTION UNTIL IT IS RETURNED TO CROCS AWAY.
2: A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN ORDER IS PLACED OF £30.00
ON ORDERS LESS THAN £100.00 OR 30% ON ORDERS OVER £100.00,
IN EITHER CASH OR CHEQUE, THIS WILL BE RETURNED UPON RECEIPT
OF ALL HIRE GOODS BEING CHECKED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE
3: FULL PAYMENT FOR HIRE IS REQUIRED MINIMUM 7 WORKING DAYS
BEFORE COLLECTION OR DELIVERY OF ITEMS. THIS CAN BE EITHER
IN CASH OR CHEQUE, MADE PAYABLE TO CROCS AWAY.
4: HIRED ITEMS AND EQUIPMENT MAY BE COLLECTED FROM CROCS
AWAY ON THE DAY BEFORE THE DATE OF HIRE AND SHOULD BE RETURNED
THE DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF HIRE,UNLESS A DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
SERVICE IS REQUIRED.
5: A DELIVERY AND COLLECTION SERVICE IS AVAILABLE WITHIN
A 20 MILE RADIUS OF CROCS AWAY(KIDDERMINSTER), FOR A TOTAL
CHARGE OF £25.00.
6: LOSS AND BREAKAGES,INCLUDING GLASSWARE OR CROCKERY RETURNED
CHIPPED WILL BE CHARGED AT OUR CURRENT REPLACEMENT COST(DETAILS
WILL BE LEFT WITH HIRE ORDER).
7: DAMAGE CAUSED TO TABLE LINEN BY CIGARETTE BURNS,CANDLE
WAX OR STAINS THAT ARE IRREMOVABLE WITH STRONG STAIN REMOVER
WILL BE CHARGED FOR AT OUR CURRENT REPLACEMENT COST(DETAILS
WILL BE LEFT WITH ORDER).
8: CANCELLATION WILL BE ACCEPTED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HIRE
DATE WITHOUT CHARGE. HOWEVER, CANCELLATION LESS THAN 7 DAYS
BEFORE THE AGREED HIRE DATE WILL INCUR A CHARGE OF 50% OF
THE HIRE CHARGE DUE.
CROCS AWAY ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR
ANY LOSS OR
INJURY CAUSED BY THE USE OF ANY OF THE EQUIPMENT
